As someone who truly loves matcha, I'm excited to share my go-to matcha latte recipe. The star of the show is Morning Ritual Matcha – it's seriously top-notch. Ingredients
1/2-1 tsp Morning Ritual matcha, depending on how strong you’d like it
1 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk (I use almond)
Filtered water

1. In a small bowl, sift your matcha to avoid clumps through a small sifter. Add a small amount of filtered water (I use 1-2 tbsp of water). Using a whisk, whi the matcha and water together until it’s frothy and free of clumps.
2. In a milk frother, heat up your milk. You can also add collagen, cinnamon, honey, maple, or other ingredients. If you don’t have a frother, feel free to do this over the stove in a saucepan.
3. When the milk is heated and frothed, add to a mug of your choice and pour in the whisked matcha.
