I often get asked how I maintain my healthy routines while traveling, and I have to say that I definitely don’t. While it’s important to me to have a few non-negotiables in my daily routine, I believe that travel is all about opening yourself up to new experiences and embracing different cultures, and that includes trying new food spots and veering off your usual routine. I have found that being flexible and open-minded has allowed me to really discover new places, rather than just seeing and not actually experiencing them.

At the same time, I do make it a priority to keep up with my morning routine as best I can, which includes enjoying a matcha latte, journaling, meditation, and some kind of movement. This helps me to stay grounded and centered amidst the newness and excitement of being in Bali. It truly helps me to clear my mind of anything that might be lingering and allow me to be a blank space to absorb all of the culture I can!

One thing that I’m loving so far about Bali is the wellness culture that permeates the island. From the abundance of fresh and healthy food options to the numerous gyms and meditation studios, it’s easy to feel inspired to prioritize your health and well-being while you’re here. But beyond the wellness scene, Bali is also full of cultural and natural wonders to explore. To me, total health is nourishing your soul and enriching your life. So while I’m here, I’m willing to adjust and adapt my routines as I go in order to experience Bali the best I can 🌴
