First proper day out climbing since Dad died. Looking sluggish so put on the 2x speed 😂 I’ve been struggling to climb or do any intense exercise the past 6 weeks without feeling overwhelmed or like I might injure myself. @practicewithlydia yoga and long walks have been my thing. We have so much to understand about how emotional states affect the body but I know that I still have a bunch of processing to do before my nervous system is ready for hard climbing and training. Sometimes climbing feels healing and sometimes it doesn’t. But on Saturday down by the sea it did 🌊 I’m looking forward to feeling more like myself in time for summer 🌞 😊
