大下瞳美さんのインスタグラム写真 - (大下瞳美Instagram)「Instagram Yoga LIVE For the month of June I (Hitomi) will be hosting free live yoga classes on Instagram LIVE. The contents of the lessons will be aimed at beginners and not include more advanced techniques we do at our studio. Mon – Fri 7:00am – 7:45am Sat., Sun. 8:00am – 8:45am After our studio reopened from closing down during the Covid-19 pandemic we have noticed our students have lost a lot of their gains in the short 1 month they took off. These beginner morning (Japan time) classes will be free for the month of June and are good for students still not willing to get to the studio yet, for first timers of yoga wanting to try yoga out or those who don’t do regular exercise but want to start. On Instagram LIVE you can easily join to listen and try it out. If you have children you have to get ready in the morning, you can do parts of it without feeling bad for leaving early or joining late. If your body is not flexible, whether you’re a man or woman, and you’re too shy to do yoga in front of others in a studio this is for you, too. If you’re a foreigner with lower Japanese skills it also gives you a chance to do yoga while listening to Japanese. I, Hitomi, will not be able to see any of the participants so there is no problem with being shy here! Please, for the month of June, enjoy these morning classes with me together.
