Sitting across the creek, I noticed a bear cub moving along the grassy bluff above it as his mother fished below. The light was stunning and it didn't take much effort to get the shot I was looking for. With the cub looking towards the sun and the Aleutian Range looming overhead, it was a perfect Alaskan scene in the making. I felt lucky I had my camera heady as the energetic cub only held this pose for about 3 seconds before moving on down the creek. #grizzly #brownbear #bear #alaska #katmai #nature #wildlife #grizzlybear
