Since restarting my masters I’ve felt pretty overwhelmed. Trying to juggle climbing, my business and studying is definitely not sustainable and at times I feel like I’m doing everything badly. This is part of the process and I’m looking forward to the autumn where I can focus almost entirely on climbing again. I’m lucky to spend most of my life content with where I currently am instead of looking forward but some of this year has been more about getting through the week rather than savouring and that’s definitely something I aim to change. Firstly by taking things off my plate when I can and also working on my stress management.
