Today in 1840: Queen Victoria marries Prince Albert of Saxe Coburg-Gotha. She bought this grand piano in London in 1854 as a gift for Prince Albert. The royal family's heraldic device is stamped on the iron framing. It was housed in Balmoral Castle, Scotland. 🎼🎶🎹
