Since it's chilly today, a beachy photo from a Girl Scout camp. A handwritten note in the photo album puts the date at August 1919, and clues in the photographs indicate that the camp, called Yacahula, was likely located in upstate New York. We'd love to learn more about the camp.

Girl Scouts of the USA was founded in 1912 and its first decade saw a rapid expansion of girls’ summer camps throughout the country.
