Cucumber Teriyaki ?!
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 cucumbers
A
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon sugar

PREPARATION
1. Wash the cucumbers. Cut off both ends. Cut into halves, then cut vertically into
halves.
2. Put vegetable oil (1 tablespoon) into a pan. Place cucumber pieces (cut side
down). Cook on medium heat until nicely brown.
3. Add all of the ingredients A into the pan (2) and simmer.
4. Enjoy!
