Curry Carbonara Noodle
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
2 bunches somen noodle
A
1 egg
50ml milk
2 tablespoons grated cheese
1 curry pouch
B
1 egg yolk
Grated cheese, as needed
Black pepper, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the somen noodle for 2 minutes.
2. Drain and rinse the somen noodle with running water.
3. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.
4. Pour the curry into a pan. Simmer on low heat. Add the somen noodle.
5. Turn off the heat. Add (3) into the pan.
6. Place the noodle (5) on a plate. Place the egg yolk on top. Add some grated
cheese and black pepper.
7. Enjoy!
