Fish Pie (looking like TAIYAKI)
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 slices red sea bream
Some salt
Some white pepper
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
2 sheets frozen puff pastry
20g anchovies
20g butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic (grated)
120ml heavy cream
Some lemon juice
Some cherry tomatoes
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Season red sea bream with salt and pepper.
2. Pour some olive oil in a pan. Cook both sides of red sea bream slices over medium heat.
3. Roll out frozen puff pastry sheets with a rolling pin. Cut the sheets to fit in a taiyaki-pan. Chill the sheets in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
4. Place one of the puff pastry sheets (3), fish, then the other sheet onto the taiyaki-pan. Close the pan and cook each side for 5 minutes over low heat.
5. With scissors, cut off of the outside of the taiyaki pie if needed.
6. To make sauce, cook butter, anchovies and garlic in a pan. Add heavy cream into the pan and cook over low heat until thicken. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
7. Place the taiyaki pie (5) on a plate. Pour the sauce (6) over the pie. Serve with cherry tomatoes.
8. Enjoy!
