Baby Cheese Hamburgers
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
A:
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
A pinch of black pepper
2 tablespoons milk
5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
4 baby cheese pieces

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients from A and mix well until the mixture becomes sticky.
2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Place a piece of baby cheese in the center of each portion and wrap the meat around it, shaping them into hamburgers.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the hamburgers on it.
4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit). Place the baking sheet with the hamburgers in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
