Note: try to keep tension on the working leg all the way through and minimize the aid from the other leg

⚡️Part B:
30-25-20-15-10-5
Repetitions of deficit side laying abductors leg lift
Note: execute 30 repetitions on each leg before moving Into the 25’s shaving 5 reps each rounds

⚡️50-40-30-20-10
Bear over pass
Sec side plank each side
Banded twisted crush

Start with 50 repetitions of each movement and shave off 10 repetitions each rounds until you’ve completed 5 rounds. Move smoothly and under control to get a maximum burn 🔥

⚡️4 sets
12 Bradford press
Into
24 banded tricep extension
Rest 90 sec between set
Note: choose a load that allows to to get all the repetitions in without breaking the technic but will get challenging for the last 5 repetitions of each movement.
