(One set is 30 total reps)

🔥 Part 2:
3 sets
20 dumbbells Pull Overs into
10 jumping wide grip pull-up with a 3 sec negative
Rest 90 Seconds between sets.

🔥 Part 3:
3 sets
25 hang power clean into
60 sec front rack hold walk
rest 1-2 minutes between
