FULL BODY DUMBBELL ONLY WORKOUT 🏋🏽‍♀️

If your in a rush or can’t find space in a gym! Grab a set of dumbbells, find a small space and try this HIIT session✨

3 rounds: 40 seconds on 20 seconds rest = 21 minutes
- Skipping / run on the spot
- RDL to clean
- Overhead lunges
- Deep squats
- Bicep curl
- Overhead press
- Bent over row

If you want to make the session longer add a round or a core session at the end to complete that full body. But this was perfect for me to do when I was short on time and an added bonus doing it outside in the sun 🤩
