HIP THRUSTS✨

Everyone’s favourite exercise for growing glutes and keep them strong. But so many of you said you struggle on the technique and form so here are my top 3 tips…

1. Rest Shoulder blades on the box/ bench
2. Tuck your chin onto your chest
3. Tuck your pelvis (hips under).

If you feel any lower back pain or your don’t feel this exercise in your glutes, then your more than likely doing it with poor technique.

So take these three tips and give it ago and see if it helps 🍑
