X3 rounds 30 seconds each exercise.

You guys all know I love my little core workouts now! But I’ve got 3 key tips for you all that I think about when I’m doing core to make sure it’s hitting the deep core muscles!

1. Keep your lower back pressed into the floor.
2. Imagine your scooping your belly button to your back bone whilst doing the exercises.
3. Focus on drawing your rib cage in and down.

I’ve recently learned how key these tips are when doing my core workouts and i think they helped make my core so much stronger☺️
