新横浜ラーメン博物館(ramen museum)さんのインスタグラム写真 - (新横浜ラーメン博物館(ramen museum)Instagram)「【ラー博クロニクル Vol.35】ラー博史上、復興支援を除いて最も短期間の出店（27日間）となったのが「麺翁百福亭」でした😎 まず「麺翁百福亭」とは日清食品の創業者・安藤百福氏の偉大なる功績を伝えるべく、「博多一風堂」の河原成美氏がインスタントラーメン発祥の地とされる大阪・池田でプロデュースしたお店（2003年～2008年）。コンセプトは「もしチキンラーメンを生み出した日清食品の創業者・安藤百福氏がラーメン店を開いていたら、どのようなラーメンを作っただろうか」🤔 当館で復活2010年は、安藤百福氏生誕百年を迎える年で、27日間の限定復活を果たしました。スープは鶏ガラを主体にローストした醤油を使い、チキンラーメンの特徴である「芳ばしい香り」を演出。麺はチキンラーメンの食感を表現するため低加水（麺に加える水の量が少ない）の縮れ麺を使用。また1階展示ギャラリーにて「インスタントラーメンの父安藤百福生誕百年特別展」も同時開催しました😄 【店舗データ】麺翁　百福亭創業:2003年ラー博出店期間 2010年4月20日～2010年5月16日次回は川越「頑者」さんです Ramen Museum Chronicle Vol.35 The Men-O Momofuku-Tei was the shortest opening (27 days) in the history of the Ramen Museum, excluding the reconstruction support. Men-o Momofuku-tei is a restaurant produced by Shigemi Kawahara of Hakata Ippudo in Ikeda, Osaka, the birthplace of instant ramen (2003-2008), in order to convey the great achievements of Momofuku Ando, the founder of Nissin Foods. The concept was "If Momofuku Ando, the founder of Nissin Foods who created chicken ramen, had opened a ramen store, what kind of ramen would he have made? In 2010, the centennial year of Momofuku Ando's birth, the museum revived the dish for a limited 27-day period. The soup is made mainly of chicken broth and roasted soy sauce to create the characteristic "fragrant aroma" of chicken ramen. The noodles are made with low water content (less water is added to the noodles) to express the texture of chicken ramen. A special exhibition on the 100th anniversary of Momofuku Ando's birth, the father of instant ramen, was also held in the first floor exhibition gallery.
