「ふくちゃんが素通りさせぬ店の味」
ふくちゃんラーメンの看板に書かれている文言ですが、常連さんがふくちゃんラーメンに捧げた言葉です😎
ふくちゃんラーメンの創業は1974年。臭みがなくコクのあるとんこつラーメンとして多くのお店のお手本となったお店で、コクのある熟したスープと切れのある新しいスープをブレンドしたスープは話題を呼び、当時本店のあった百道のお店の前には長い行列が。その混雑はふくちゃんによる交通渋滞が起こるほどで、ラーメン作りに集中できないという理由から平成6年に博多から車で30分かかる閑静な田隈日に移転したのです😮この場所は飲食店をやるにはタブーといわれた立地でしたが、移転先を知った常連客を中心にまたまた繁盛店となりました。
またふくちゃんラーメンは今では当たり前のように使用しているにんにくクラッシャーを最初に使ったお店でもあります。その当時スイス製のレモン絞り機を使っていたようです😀

“The taste of Fukuchan Ramen is something you can't pass up.”
These are the words written on the signboard of Fukuchan Ramen, and they are dedicated to Fukuchan Ramen by a regular customer. Fuku-chan Ramen was established in 1974. The soup, a blend of rich, ripe broth and new, sharp broth, became a hot topic of conversation, and long lines formed in front of the store in Momochi, where the main shop was located at the time. The crowds were so great that Fukuchan caused traffic jams, and because he could not concentrate on making ramen, he moved to the quiet neighborhood of Taguma, a 30-minute drive from Hakata, in 1994. This location was said to be a bad place for a restaurant, but it became a thriving restaurant once again, especially with regular customers who knew about the relocation.
Fuku-chan Ramen was also the first restaurant to use the garlic crusher that we now take for granted. At that time, they were using a Swiss-made lemon squeezer.
