新横浜ラーメン博物館(ramen museum)さんのインスタグラム写真 - (新横浜ラーメン博物館(ramen museum)Instagram)「【ラー博クロニクル Vol.31】この連載のVol.1でご紹介しました札幌「すみれ」🍜 創業者は村中明子さんで、純連（じゅんれん）、すみれと名前を替え、現在では長男が「純連（じゅんれん）」、三男が「すみれ」の店主です😎 らーめんの駅は創業者の村中明子さんが1995年にひっそりと始めたお店で、2004年に閉店した幻のお店です。明子さんは高倉健さんの大ファンで、高倉健さんもすみれのファンで、「駅 STATION」という映画の中で、すみれのおかもち使ってもらったことから、店名を駅としました😀 このプロジェクトは「らーめんの駅」を復活させるだけでなく、創業者･長男･三男がタッグを組むというドリームプロジェクトです。写真にもありますが、復活にあたり、3人が同じ厨房に立ち「らーめんの駅」を復活させました。こんな歴史的な場面に立ち会うことが出来たことを本当に感謝しております🙏 らーめんの駅･純連･すみれの歴史を貴重な映像と共にまとめた映像がありますのでお時間がありましたら是非ご覧くださいませ😄 https://youtu.be/Z1Grk-8V5pI 【店舗データ】札幌「らーめんの駅」創業:1995年ラー博出店期間 2009年4月16日～2012年8月26日次回は唐津「らぁ麺むらまさ」さんです Ramen Museum Chronicle Vol.31 Sapporo "Sumire" was introduced in Vol. 1 of this series. The founder is Akeko Muranaka, who changed the name of the restaurant to Junren and then to Sumire, and now her eldest son is the owner of Junren and her third son is the owner of Sumire. Ramen no Eki was quietly started in 1995 by the founder, Akeko Muranaka, and closed in 2004, making it a fantastic restaurant. Akeko was a big fan of Ken Takakura, and Ken Takakura was also a fan of Sumire, and asked her to use Sumire's okamochi in the movie "Station" which is why she named the restaurant Station. This project is a dream project, not only to revive "Ramen no Eki" but also to bring together the founder, his eldest son, and his third son. As you can see in the photo, the three of them stood in the same kitchen to revive "Ramen no Eki". We are truly grateful to have been able to witness such a historic moment.
