福井県敦賀市にある「中華そば　一力」から首都圏においてまだ紹介されていない、地域に根ざしたラーメン文化をもつエリアの店舗を、期間限定で紹介していく「みんなのふるさとラーメン」がスタートしました😄
「中華そば　一力」は昭和33年の創業当初は屋台からスタート。昭和52年に店舗を構え、現在では地元客はもちろん県外からも多くのお客様がいらっしゃいます。豚骨・鶏ガラをベースに作られた黄金色に輝くスープに中細のちぢれ麺を使用した豚骨醤油味。そして最大の特徴は５０年以上変わらぬインパクトを与える「コショウ」。また食べたくなる大切なアクセントになっています😎

Chuka Soba Ichiriki" in Tsuruga City, Fukui Prefecture, has started "Minna no Furusato Ramen", a limited-time program to introduce restaurants in areas with a local ramen culture that have not yet been introduced in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
Chukasoba Ichiriki was first established in 1958 as a food stall. It opened its first store in 1977, and now attracts many customers from outside the prefecture as well as local customers. The golden color of the soup is made from pork and chicken bones, and the noodles are medium thin and coarse with a pork bone soy sauce flavor. The biggest feature is the pepper, which has had the same impact for over 50 years. It is an important accent that makes you want to eat it again.
