There will never come a day where you can work so hard that you can cross into a space of rest if you don’t learn to prioritize rest in the busiest of times. I’ve learned this lesson the hard way. I’ve watched people I love learn this lesson the hard way. “The busy” will eat you alive. Our bodies can only take so much at once, and technology-while beautiful- has allowed us to bring our “busy” into our sanctuary.
