The standard American diet, filled with processed foods and seed oils have made us less tolerant to sun exposure. Cleaning up what we eat and maybe including proper supplementation allows us to better bask in those sun rays… ☀️

Excessive sun exposure isn’t good. But, you shouldn’t be afraid of the sun either… In fact I’d be more scared of NO sun exposure. 🏢

First things first, ditching harmful seed oils 🍟 By avoiding them, I’ve significantly reduced inflammation in my body, making my skin more resilient to the sun’s rays.🔥

I’ve also amped up my sun protection game with the help of @CompleteHuman PRM’s. These powerful supplements provide my body with the necessary nutrients to support healthy skin and protect against sun damage.
