DB Bicep Curls 💪🏾

Dumbbell Curls are one of many staple exercises and movements you need in your routine to build a strong foundation in your training 🔥 The dumbbell curl is an isolation exercise that targets the biceps muscles, helping you build and define that peak 💪🏾

But Remember ⚠️
Lifting heavier doesn’t mean bigger biceps. Instead it may cause injuries so start with lighter weights and then gradually progress!

Don’t move your elbow. Fix them close to your sides and keep the contraction focuse sighing the bicep.

DO NOT SWING. Rushing your reps won’t do anything for you other than unnecessary injury! The secret to this exercise is time under tension - forcing your muscle to work harder and optimise muscular strength 🔥
