It’s 2023 I feel like the gym girlies are hitting upper body now, buuuuuutt if you aren’t try adding these exercises.
1. Lat pull down, this is going to work your latissimus dorsi muscle or as I like to call them, your wings 🙌🏽⌛️ the top of the hour glass.

2. The Back extension 😬 this exercise works the glutes, but also works the spinal erectors
Bringing sexy BACK ⏳

3. A different variation of lat pulldown machine, lets you do a unilateral movement (single arm rep)
I personally like doing the set 5,5,10 4x
