Update: my first workout post in a while 😅
I took 5 weeks off training and lost 9lbs due to some health challenges, I’ll get into that in the next few posts, it’s been a roller coaster 🎢 🙃 but I’m feeling better, almost at 100% and back in the gym now ready to build again 🙌🏽💪🏽 im easing my way into my new routine, this was my workout today to start my journey!

1. Step-Ups (4 sets x 10 reps)
2. Sumo Squats (5 sets x 10 reps)
3. Kettlebell Swings (5 sets x 10 reps)
4. Leg extensions (4 sets x 10 reps)
5. Leg Curls (4 sets x 10 reps)
