This terrace overlooks the Mikata Goko (five lakes) and is located after the Rainbow Line toll road and the lift up Mount Umijodake. Unfortunately it was raining on the day I visited, but unlike the other terraces, there are 360° terraces in different directions, which is amazing! There was also a footbath ♨ There is also a café at the top of the mountain, where I had a mackerel cutlet sandwich made with Fukui's famous mackerel 🐟I've had mackerel sandwiches in Turkey and they were delicious! If you've never had one, you should try it! By the way, #MikataGoko is a collective name for five lakes: Mikata Lake, Mizugetsu Lake, Suga Lake, Kumako Lake and Hinata Lake. The lakes are all adjacent to each other, but all have different water quality.
