The concept of the restaurant was interesting, and it mainly served tsukemen, which was unfamiliar at the time, and was supported by the locals. It was a restaurant that even Lady Gaga visited. The name of the menu is "Johnny Dip" after the Hollywood star, and dip means to dip, and before the word "tsukemen" was popularized, it was called dip ramen or dip noodles.
