今や国内外に290店舗を構える､世界で最も有名なラーメン店と言っても過言ではない一風堂さん🍜ラーメン界のグローバルリーダー店主 河原成美さんは「変わらないために変わり続ける」をモットーに日本の食文化としてのラーメンを世界に伝え続けられております😊
意外と知られていませんが、実は一風堂さんがラー博にオープンした1994年は博多の本店しかありませんでした😎そして今では定番メニューの「白丸」･「赤丸」もありませんでした。最初の写真は96年に発売された「赤丸新味玉子入り」です。煮玉子が半熟でないのも時代を感じますね。
最後の蘊蓄ですが「からか麺」は白丸･赤丸よりも古いメニューで89年に誕生しております📖

It is no exaggeration to say that Ippudo is now the most famous ramen restaurant in the world, with 290 stores in Japan and abroad 🍜The global leader in the ramen world, owner Shigemi Kawahara, continues to introduce ramen as a Japanese food culture to the world with the motto, " Japanese Wonder to the World".
Surprisingly, when Ippudo first opened its doors at Ramen Museum in 1994, it was only the main branch in Hakata. And there were no "Shiromaru" and "Akamaru", which are now standard menu items. The first photo shows the Akamaru with egg, which was released in 1995. The fact that the boiled egg is not half-boiled is also a sign of the times. The last thing I want to say is that "Karaka-men" is older than Shiromaru and Akamaru, and was born in 1989.
