Here’s one of @zakove 's spectacular Moko Jumbie figures on display in Room 25, the Sainsbury Galleries.

These towering figures represent Moko Jumbies, which are an important part of Trinidadian Carnival – their striking black and gold outfits area also inspired by aspects of African masquerade.
