【🎃Pumpkin Salad🎃‎】
Tastes creamy, not too heavy😋　Everything is going to be good with wonderful pumpkin! It is organic so I can
enjoy the skin as well, which has good nutrition!
The key is delicious pumpkin itself and to drain soy yogurt very well!

＊How To Make
1. Drain soy yogurt overnight

2. Steam the pumpkin with its skin

3. Mix them with a hint of salt and pepper (add spice if you want. cinnamon or cumin are good options)

4. Done! enjoy❤︎

かぼちゃ自体おいしいし、無農薬だから皮ごと安全に食べられる! 皮には栄養しっかり含まれてるから皮ごと全部使うよ💡

水切り豆乳ヨーグルトを使ったから、クリーミーだけどあっさりとしてて、爽やかな味がする😊

マヨネーズ好きならマヨネーズで作ってもおいしいよね︎︎ ︎︎☺︎︎

＊作り方
1. 豆乳ヨーグルトを一晩しっかり水切りする

2. かぼちゃに火を通す(皮ごと)

3. 混ぜて少しの塩と胡椒を混ぜる(お好みでシナモンやクミンをいれても◎)

4. 完成!❤︎
