herdisbbrynjars Sure would love to, but as I am very unhappy with how customer care at KLM handled my complaint, I have to say no thank you and post the following: Neither me nor my fiancé will prefer to fly with Air France again. I don't recommend KLM's customer care either. The airline denied us boarding and sent an e-mail in the middle of the night before our flight to let us know. The reason, they overbooked the plane, but did not seek volunteers prior to denying us boarding! We were supposed to land on CDG and fly home to Iceland from there. They completely skipped informing us of our rigths according, as required by air carriers by EC regulation no 261 2004 and it was impossible to obtain any assistance via phone. If informed correctly, we could have cancelled the flight, gotten reimbursement for it and taken a train to Paris. We would have made our flight back home that way. Instead, we had to take the flight they onehandidly booked us on 4,5 hours later, which landed not on CDG but ORLY, missed our flight to Iceland and we both suffered quite the costs for this (loss of work the next day, hotel, two taxis, food etc.). KLM handles the claims and their employers don't seem to even write understandable english or read any of the attachments they ask for. One case handler tried lying to me that we hadn't been denied boarding, but that the flight had been delayed. Another employer and the Lyon airport, however, confirmed that the flight did take off and that we had, indeed, been denied boardind. We will not be refunded any of the cost we suffered. Air France doesn't take any responsibility for breaches of the regulation or it's duty to take care of it's passengers while the airline hasn't resolved matters in manners that fullfil the regulation. Very unsatisfied with the airline and I have never met worse customer care than with KLM! I am a lawyer and intend to take this matter way further as I can't except KLM's decision - which hasn't been reasoned in any way with regard to the regulation 261 2004.

zaziedansle @klm Estou vivendo um transtorno em uma viagem, que poderia estar sendo muito melhor, se não tivessem perdido meu carrinho. Não consigo informações sobre. Já tentei de tudo, nos guichês do aeroporto, no WhatsApp, no telefone e pelo site. Na última tentativa a atendente me mandou ligar para a cia da conexão que fizemos. Sendo que o check e a entrega do carrinho foi feita na cia @klm Preciso de um retorno ainda hoje, pois se não vou ter que comprar outro carrinho e vocês que vão pagar

cassandra_bonsu As a student of the university of Ghana I believe I must alert my fellow students about this therefore my friends and I are going to launch a campaign on campus to alert people about Klm and their challenges with luggage because I am unable to move into school because all my things are in the luggage. Also I believe British airways will be a better choice of flight because this never happened to me before and this is my first time using KLM. Big regret

raycab20 😠😠@KLM, this airline lost my luggage and they just want to recognize me € 600, and the value of everything I carry in my luggage is much more, @KLM are scammers, bad service, it took me 83 days to give me an answer about My suitcase. I do not recommend anyone traveling with @KLM, it is the worst airline I could have traveled with.😠😠

raycab20 😠I do not recommend anyone traveling with this airline @klm, since they lost my luggage and their response after 83 days (the rule is 45 days) they lost my suitcase that they were going to pay me € 600. I do not agree because in my suitcase I carry things of more value, they want to pay me a pittance. #scammers
