On July 23 at 5 pm I headed to Recife airport for my expected vacation after a long time in recovery from 3 consecutive hemorrhagic strokes, arduous recovery for a person of my age, these travels was something a friend always encouraging me for my improvement said ... as soon as you are walking listening and seeing again I want you here in London visiting us and so it was ... some years doing therapy, surgery to finally say that I was already able to walk without help. Recife I went to Fortaleza and from there I took the flight to Amsterdam my flight to London would be 1 o'clock in the afternoon, they had to wait and nothing was done, if the hours passed and the commotion began, they canceled the flight, I started to get desperate because it started arriving police and all because a lot of people were complaining about the delay, it was late at night, did not give us another flight and also sent everyone to find somewhere to sleep that the flight would be the other day only at 4 pm, I went into Panic, my head started to hurt and people got water and cookies to eat because I couldn't get up off the floor, I was very tired because the trip had been long, I called my friend in London because she was also 9 hours waiting for me at the airport having appointments. She started looking for a hotel available in Amsterdam but the only one she found was one of over 6,000 reais the rate was impossible to pay. I told her not to worry that I would sleep right there until the other day I had no option, no food and no hotel in the state I was in. I was 30 hours at the airport from 10 am on July 24th until 4pm on July 25th. A neglect of the airline with my state of health. Your staff doesn’t have respect with your passengers and me also well even voucher for a food we have to go to web site and print HOW? come on guys I am really disappointed with the @klm

I am forever thankful to KLM for helping us get on our return flight while we were stranded at Amsterdam airport due to Canadian travel changes. My two daughters who traveled on British passports and received Canadian citizenship while we were away could not be boarded. The lady from KLM said don’t worry we will put you on your return flight. And for three hours she was contacting Canadian Immigration to resolve it. And she did, we managed to get on our return flight. Now I have an urgent trip to plan to see my rapidly ageing dad and I hope to find a flight with KLM to take my kids to see grandpa during summer holidays. Thank you again for helping us I wish I knew the lady’s name 💙

klm you have held onto my luggage now for over 3 days and i’m still yet to receive it. what is going on ??? it’s extremely inconvenient and a simple “sorry” isn’t going to help the fact that i have no toiletries or anything to go on w my days. absolutely disappointing.
