abhisheksohane My parents were supposed to board flight DL 9495 (Operated by KLM as KL 878) on 2nd July 2019 from Mumbai but the flight was delayed and my parents had to stay in Mumbai for 2 days. They were told that they will get compensation for their stay, local travel and food. But now when I am filing for the claim, I am being told to contact Delta Airlines since DL 9495 is a Delta Flight. Why should I contact Delta Airlines since DL 9495 is operated by KLM as KL 878. Why would make your customer run around in circles? Is this how you treat your customers?
