今日言われて嬉しかった言葉。
「ハムストリングを見てMIHARUさんってわかりました！」
「減量が進んでドンドン大きくなって見える！」
「肩がだんだんハート型になってきましたね」

LAにいた時に、ビキニ選手に必要なのはハムストリング！！っと学んでから必死にトレーニングを重ねてきました。
そして、 @ensayo_japan のマシンで代表のスペシャルトレーニングを行い自分でも驚くくらい変わったと思います！

減量が進めば進むほどゴツくなって見えるのは、しっかり筋肉を残して減量が出来ている証拠！
そのおかげで肩もハートに近づいてきたかな？

最後までこの調子で頑張ります！
I'm glad to hear that a person told me ‘I realized you because of hamstrings’ ‘I can see your hamstrings more now’ ‘I can see your shoulder like a heart!!’ people told me when I was in LA, if you want to get more bikini athlete body. You need to have hamstrings muscles so I’ve started workout it hard.
I’m in Japan right now using ensayo machine.
It makes me big change for my hamstrings.

I’m cutting down my weight now.
normally when i got my weight off, I also lost my muscles too. however, I could keep my shape and muscles in this time.
