Potato harvest in the high Andes of Peru with farmer Marcello Laveriano. Farmers here plant potato fields at several altitudes as a way of diversifying their crops, giving them a better chance of harvesting a good crop. They also plant hundreds of varieties of potatoes and know the history an legends of all of them. Amazing farmers.
