For some of my friends and students, it’s coming to terms with the reality of illness and/or surgery and other inevitables changing their bodies and their lives. For ALL of us, one day, the reality of aging will come; and eventually death, too. Yet, I have to tell you, Life gets SO MUCH BETTER after you stop fighting What Is (as the beloved @byron.katie teaches.)
