My week in pics 📸✨🩵 I wasn’t sure to share the last one.. but this has been going on for a while now & this is also part of my life atm😅.

1. First time I could see a little side ab coming through. Seeing progress takes time and at a certain point it goes slower, so this was so satisfying🤩💪🏽.
2. found my childhood Barbie!! I always wanted to be her and envisioned myself looking like this when I was older😂.
3. Last time in the shooting in the sun and actually wearing summers clothing. Autimn has officially arrived in the Netherlands🥶.
4. My hair is finally growing so long again! Had to cut it due to some damage of highlights & my Mexican genes are taking over again now🤩.
5. Some people think we just work buddies, but Guus and I have been friends for years now outside social media. Love the growth in the both of us🩷✨
6. New juice routine: half an apple, 2 celery sticks, 1/4 cucumber, 100ml water = blend and done🌪️
7. Best money spend. My walking pad had been a great way to get my steps in!😍 I listen or watch podcasts when I use it.
8. Moments before disaster😂 travelled an entire day to get back to Amsterdam from Germany, happy with my match tho✨🥹
9. Travelling and doing life with J will forever be my heart🩷 13 years strong & so many wild plans to yet execute together🦋.
10. Okay… wheat at the moment is my worst enemy. Next week I hope to do my food allergie test, because this has been driving me nuts. My skin gets a rash, my tummy looks like it has a football in it and it’s SO painful. All because of wheat?😅 crazy. Excited to see the test results 🧪
