My day one☺️🫱🏼‍🫲🏾✨ Starting with a 4 week mini cut tomorrow. Working towards being a little tighter in my skin. After being fully focused on getting healthier and building muscle post surgery, I didn’t care about abs or any of the aesthetic lean goals to be honest. But now that I’ve basically reached a point of feeling normal again, it’s so much fun to do a little challenge with myself again. For old times sake🔥

I make these little videos to keep myself up to date with what I look like and to see my progress. The scale does not do that for me per se, so this is an amazing tool to keep myself accountable and track progress at the same time. I will be using @mybestshapeapp to keep my recipes varied and track my food. I also put my workouts in there to stay up to date. New workouts are being added for you guys this week btw!!😍 (there’s a 7 day free trial now as well).

Just to keep a full transparent picture, I currently weigh 67kg and I’m 1.70m tall. (5’7)
