Let’s kick-start our day with a yummy oat pancake recipe. I’ve got a flavor-packed trick for you: I lay down those banana slices on the pan before pouring the mix, giving each bite an extra punch of banana goodness! 🍌🥞

Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 cup of oats (blended till they’re nice and floury)
- 1/4 cup of creamy cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of honey (🍯)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
