I had a great time at the #BookshelfTheatre ,opening near Tokyo in 2020. 2020年にオープンした #角川武蔵野ミュージアム。コロナ禍だったこともあって行けていなかったのだけど、念願かなって今回訪問してきました！施設自体は、複合文化ミュージアムとして館内全体が美術・博物・図書が横断的に展示されている施設。設計はあの #隈研吾が担当していて、高さ30mの巨大な岩をモチーフにしていてとてもユニーク！中でも私が楽しみにしていたのが #本棚劇場。高さ8メートルまでびっしりと並べられた、寄贈された貴重な書物の数々。その数なんと3万冊！互い違いになった棚は複雑な構造をした脳の構造をイメージしているそうで、360度ぐるりと書物に囲まれる空間は読書好きにはたまりません…🤤（館内は動画撮影NG）本棚劇場以外のエリアも広くて、1日、いや1週間いても私は楽しみ尽くせないなと思いました😂（マンガも読み放題！ここは天国ですか？）じつはわたし大学があった関係で4年間所沢市民でした。（駅前のSEIYU懐かしい！下山口のバー◯ヤンでバイトしてました！笑）何者でもなかったけど何かに抗いたかった18歳の日々に思いを馳せた、ちょっぴりノスタルジックな旅でした。 @kadokawa_culture_museum The #KadokawaMusashinoMuseum opened in 2020. Located in #Tokorozawa City, #Saitama Prefecture, it is the up-to-date spot around Tokyo that can be reached within an hour from Tokyo by train and bus. The museum itself is a cultural museum complex where art, natural history, and books are exhibited across the entire building. It was designed by #KengoKuma and is based on the motif of a huge 30-meter-high rock, which is very unique! I was especially looking forward to the #BookshelfTheatre , where a number of rare donated books are lined up in rows up to a height of 8 meters. There were 30,000 books in total! The shelves are arranged in alternating rows to resemble the structure of the brain, and book lovers will love being surrounded by books in a 360-degree circle...
