Climate protesters disrupted play at the U.S. Open semifinal between Coco Gauff and Karolina Muchova.⁠

The activists wore T-shirts that read “end fossil fuels," and one of them glued his bare feet to the concrete floor. They delayed play for 50 minutes and were escorted away by police and security guards.⁠

Gauff went on to win the match and said she wasn't "pissed" at the protesters.⁠
