Rice Paper Peach Pie
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 sheets of rice paper
A
1 egg
3 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

1 peach (peeled and sliced into 8 pieces)

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, mix together A.
2. Dip one sheet of rice paper into (1).
3. Place the dipped rice paper on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and arrange the peach slices in a clockwise direction on top of it.
4. Cover the peach slices with the remaining sheet of rice paper from (2). Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 20 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
