INGREDIENTS
granulated sugar
2 plates
fork
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
TOPPINGS
1 matcha cake
2 matcha cookies
8 amanatto (candied beans)
2 yatsuhashi
4 almond cookies
10 rock chocolates
matcha powder, for garnish
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Pour in a 1cm layer of granulated sugar onto a plate. Shake the plate to flatten or use a spatula.
2. Rip the matcha cake into random pieces. Sprinkle matcha powder onto the almond cookies. Arrange both onto the plate.
3. Using a fork, draw designs in the sugar, such as curved lines and circles.
4. Place the matcha cookies into a bag and crush with a rolling pin. Add the crushed cookies onto the plate.
5. Decorate freely with amanatto, yatsuhashi, and rock chocolates.
6. Enjoy!
