One Egg Omurice
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
100g tofu (silk)
30g shredded cheese
1 teaspoon potato starch
10g butter
1 bowl steamed rice with ketchup
Ketchup, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mash the tofu in a bowl until smooth. Add the egg and shredded cheese into the
bowl and mix well.
2. Heat the butter in a pan on medium heat, Add (1) into the pan.
3. With chopsticks, stir and shape the egg.
4. Place the omelet (3) on the ketchup rice on a plate.
5. Put some ketchup on top.
6. Enjoy!
