The concept of freedom is thrown around a lot, and I can understand why…

We all crave the sense that we are in control, that we have autonomy over our own decisions, our own existence and how we choose to show up in the world 🌍

I used to think that the expression of freedom was simple: it looked like running around, making aimless choices… because, well, you can… so why not?

I’ve since realized that freedom is reserved purely for those who are willing to do hard things, in order to earn it.

Without stepping outside of your comfort zone, you are in many senses, caged — whether you’re willingly in the cage or not.

You are caged by what you’ve always done, and by what you’ve always thought… which is the complete opposite of being truly free.

To me, this justifies the importance of challenging yourself and your own boundaries every single day.

It really is the only way to #EarnYourFreedom 🤝
