The crowd included Greta Lee, Tracee Ellis Ross, Renee Cox and Lizzy Caplan. Guests dined on steak frites while flipping through art books, which were placed at each seat.  The actress Zazie Beetz chatted with other guests on a red bench at Balthazar. “I’m feeling Halloween meets 1920s,” she said. “But most of all, I feel very chic.”  In Harlem, the Apollo hosted its annual Spring Benefit, where musicians and philanthropists celebrated the theater’s 90th year and raised more than $2.2 million for the theater. Spike Lee, wearing a maroon Morehouse College jacket, presented an award to Kareem Abdul-Jabbar later in the evening. Raymond P.
