Brittany in northwestern France.
Towards the end of the 19th century, there were many painters who painted on the subject of Brittany.National costumes, cliffs, light, yin and yang, religion.Brittany drawn through the eyes of painters is different.What left an impression on me was landscape painter André Dauché's "Landscapes of Brittany".
He loved trees so much that he once said, "The trees are so beautiful, they are just like humans. We paint their portraits." I was healed by the trees and leaves swaying in the wind from the café terrace of the museum.

フランス北西部に位置するブルターニュ。
19世紀後半にかけて、ブルターニュをテーマに絵を描いた画家達が多くいた。民族衣装、崖、光、陰陽、宗教。画家達の目を通して描かれたブルターニュは、それぞれ違う。私が印象に残ったのは、風景画家、アンドレ・ドーシェの「ブルターニュの風景」。
「かくも美しい木々、それはかくも人間的である。我々はその肖像を描くのだ。」と言葉を残すほど、彼は樹木が好きだった。
美術館のカフェテラスから眺めた、風に揺れる木々や葉に癒された日。
