5 Warm Up Exercise in under 5 mins.

Warming up the body is integral to having a proper session.

My clients and small group classes do three things every time we work together.

* Warm
* Activate
* Strengthen

The idea is to train the body to be functional, mobile and strong.

Exercises:
+ Vertebrae Roll Up
+ Side Lunge Step Back
+ Bear Crawl w/ Reach
+ Standing Single Leg Reach
+ Thoracic Mobs (both arms do work on each side)

I recommend 1-2 rounds with 6-8 reps
