Athletes have to perform and lift the weight. Coaches hold the weight. It’s years, weeks, days all built up into one moment where you just let the cards fall where they may, the work is done. The good coaches, they make sure that it’s your moment, your journey.

Here’s to one of those coaches that is consistently holding space for each of his athletes whether it’s on the international stage or a local competition, good result or bad result. If it matters to and, AND you want to show up and do the work he’s in.

Thanks for always being a mentor, coach and more importantly a friend.
